BCSA provides various training programs of Central and State Govt. to the people of different categories in the society. To fulfill the dream of Govt. of India, "Information Technology for Everyone", and to fulfill the needs of 50 Lakhs IT professionals till the year 2020 as per NASSCOMM and other jobs related analysts to this factor and giving the employment directly or indirectly to one crore people of India. "Bharat Computer Saksharta Abhiyan" is the main motto behind running this program to bring computer revolution in esvery village and city of India by delivering highly technical education at nominal fee to the people of every category in India.

Today, the excitement of being computer literate may be seen in the students as well as other people also. Establishment of Bharat Computer Saksharta Abhiyan has been done at various cities and towns. It is running successfully all over the country. Organization has plan to made four head offices and 50 regional offices and is imparting computer-training program at large scale. Our main aim is to provide free of cost computer education at our every new center. Getting well-trained in the computers has become compulsory for every person of the family but due to the high training fee structure of computer institution, the people related to lower or middle class are not able to afford it. "Bharat Computer Saksharta Abhiyan" has been run to provide the highly technical computer education at nominal fee to the people belonging to lower and middle class. All over India, this institution is governed by BCSA, Bharatiya Jan Info Technology (BJIT) and Rastriya Jan Shikshan Sansthan.
